I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely incredible - so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to fulfill every request, from recommending great restaurants to arranging last minute dry cleaning and even getting me a taxi driver for a private tour. Everything they did for me went above and beyond what I experienced in my month-long trip to Italy.

The noise level was unbearable. It sounded like a construction site next door to the hotel, but nothing was being built.

Another advantage to the hotel was that the staff arranged a private tour for me with a taxi driver who was very knowledgeable about the local area.

There were a few negative aspects of the hotel experience. The room was a bit smaller than expected, which made it a little cramped.

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was served promptly every morning with a good selection of food. the hotel had facilities such as a gym and a pool that guests could enjoy.

There was some noise from outside that could cause a disturbance for some visitors.
